A senior journalist who had filed a sexual assault case against Tehelka Magazine founder Tarun Tejpal in 2013 is being cross-examined till 14 November in the court of Additional District and Sessions judge, Kshama Joshi.
Tarun Tejpal had allegedly sexually assaulted the journalist inside an elevator in 2013 during an event hosted by the Tehelka in Goa. The matter is currently before a trial court.
