Chances are, if you’re not a woman who is past the age of puberty, the ad industry has you convinced that women leak blue liquid from their insides every month.

But finally, a new sanitary napkin commercial has depicted a woman’s period as it should be – a bloody red river!

The Bodyform commercial shows shows a ballerina with bloody feet, a runner with scraped hands and feet and boxers fighting in the ring, instead of women prancing around in white clothes, or staying stiff while sleeping.
