Chocos Tiramisu

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2

Chocos Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocos crushed
  • ½ cup Mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • ⅓ cup hung yogurt
  • 1 ½ tbsp coffee powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Method

  1. In a bowl whisk Mascarpone, fresh Cream, sugar syrup & hung yogurt together till light & fluffy
  2. Add a pinch of coffee powder
  3. Boil coffee powder in ½ cup water & sugar till thick
  4. Cool & throw in lightly crushed chocos to form a coffee chocos crumble
  5. In serving bowl arrange choco crumble & Mascarpone mix in alternate layers
  6. Dust with coffee powder

Muesli Layered with Gajar Halwa

Preparation Time: 60 minutes
Serves: 2

Muesli Layered with Gajar Halwa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup muesli
  • 4 big carrots
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 4 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp khoya
  • 2 tbsp ghee

Method

  1. In a sauce pan heat ghee
  2. Sauté grated carrots in ghee for 5 minutes
  3. Cover & cook for 5 more minutes
  4. Add milk & cook for next 20 mins
  5. Add khoya & mix well
  6. Add sugar, cardamom powder & muesli
  7. Cook for 7-8 mins more
  8. Serve hot

Muesli Banana Pancake

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2

Muesli Banana Pancake

Ingredients

  • ½ cup muesli
  • 1 cup refined flour
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • Nolen Gur syrup
  • Water

Method

  1. Mix crushed muesli, mashed banana, refined flour & baking powder to form a medium thick batter
  2. Let the batter rest for 20 minutes
  3. Pour a ladleful of batter onto a non-stick pan
  4. Spoon ghee on the sides of pan cakes, cook it on one side
  5. Flip & cook for 3-4 minutes more
  6. Serve with Nolen Gur syrup
