A 67-year-old woman in Gorakhpur gave birth to a child with the help of the In-Vitro-Fertilisation (IVF) process. Recently such reports have increased and many childless couples well beyond their prime or the advisable child-bearing age are opting for the IVF to have kids.

However, pregnancy post-menopause involves various risks for mother as well as the baby. Should there be a cut-off age to be a mother?
