We've all seen the transformation of actor Chris Hemsworth into THOR, a Norse God with killer arms and body.

Leaving aside the fat THOR phase, the actor behind the fictional superhero did a pretty good job of achieving the exact body type depicted in the comics.

But how did he do it?

And what is this metabolic workout that is trending on his Instagram stories and posts?

The new workout plan Hemsworth is promoting is called the ‘DEVIL’ workout, and it is credited to Centrfit.

Centrfit is a new health and fitness app promoted by Chris and his trainer Luke Zocchi. It promises to get you into shape in a comparatively shorter period of time, with high-intensity workouts and a tailor-made diet plan.

Luke Zocchi, the trainer behind Hemsworth’s superhero-like body, concentrated on two types of workout: HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and HIRT (High-Intensity Resistance Training).

The trainer has claimed that this workout promotes lean muscle formation and will burn fat.

Joining forces is chef and food expert Josh Perera, who helped Hemsworth stay fueled and energized as he trained to transform into Thor.

Devil’s Workout

Devil’s workout posted by Hemsworth include six exercises for six reps and six rounds:

1. Deadlift to Overhead Triceps Extension
2. Feet-Elevated TRX Row
3. Kettlebell Reverse Lunge / Overhead Press
4. Ring Chinups
5. Squat on BOSU Ball / Resistance Band Flye
6. Rotational (Around the World) Med Ball Slams

In a recent video, Chris gave us a sneak peek into his under-water workout. This “breathe/ water training” is clearly meant for those already at peak fitness.

Yes, Mr. Thor it won’t be wrong to call you a ‘Superhuman’
