‘Veeram’ Books Slot On Opening Night At BRICS Film Festival

The film is an adaptation of Shakespeare’s ‘Macbeth’ set in the 13th century.

Kunal Kapoor’s film Veeram will be screened on the opening night of the first BRICS Film Festival. Veeram, directed by Siva, is an adaptation of Shakespeare’s classic Macbeth and is set in the 13th Century.

The festival will be held from September 2 and is a run-up to the 8th BRICS Summit being held in India.

I’m very excited that we are premiering at the first BRICS Film Festival. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this film and I’m really looking forward to seeing how the audience reacts to it.
