Varun and Kriti’s Song Axed in Dilwale

Fear of taking the movie’s length beyond three hours resulted in chopping of the track.

Believe it or not, an entire song featuring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon was chopped off from the final edit of Dilwale. The makers of the film saw the film clocking almost 3 hours and were worried that they might lose their audience due to the film’s length. The only option they had was to cut out an entire song titled Premika picturised on Varun and Kriti.

It remains to be seen whether the team decides to insert the song in later as an ‘added attraction’ to get more viewers in. Varun sure will be hoping so, since he shot for Premika despite being ill.
