This time round the actress is making news with this ‘self-designed’ dress with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s pictures plastered over the most inappropriate places. Rakhi reportedly wore this bizarre dress to a Independence Day celebration event in the US of A over the weekend and the photos are getting some hilarious reactions on Twitter:
