With Rani Mukerji, Aishwariya Rai Bachchan, Shabana Azmi and Vidya Balan in attendance, Sridevi blew out 54 candles.

3. Riya Sen Ties the Knot With Long-Time Beau Shivam Tewari

Actor Riya Sen tied the knot with her long-time boyfriend, Shivam Tewari in a secret ceremony. The marriage ceremony took place on Wednesday in Pune which was attended only by close friends and family of the two. Recently the news of the two being engaged broke out and within a month now couple tied the knot.

While the couple did not make any official announcement, elder sister Raima Sen did share pictures of her baby sister’s wedding.

4. Screening of ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ for Village Reps in Gurugram

A special screening of the recently-released Bollywood movie Toilet: Ek Prem Katha will be organised for the Panchs (village representatives) and Sarpanchs (village heads) of Gurugram district, an official said on Thursday.

The special show, to be held in a city multiplex - PVR Cinemas in the local MGF Metropolitan Mall - at 10 a.m on August 19, will be open to the Panchs and Sarpanchs free of cost, according to the official.
