Shahid plays Raja to Deepika Padukone’s Rani Padmavati as the two are romantically paired opposite each other for the first time in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus.

While everyone is now excitedly waiting for the look of the year - Ranveer Singh as Alauddin Khilji, the actor for the time being has dutifully shared Shahid’s photos online. Padmavati is scheduled to release worldwide on 1 December.
