Shah Rukh to Play a Warrior in Aditya Chopra’s Next?

Shah Rukh Khan and Aditya Chopra to reportedly team up in a film where the actor will don the role of a warrior

A team that comprises Shah Rukh Khan and Aditya Chopra is always a recipe for success. Shah Rukh has reportedly been asked by Aditya to keep aside time for his next with YashRaj Films.

According to a report in Deccan Chronicle, after Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Mohabatein and Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, Aditya Chopra wants to feature SRK as a warrior in an epic period drama. The last time we saw the actor don such a role was in Asoka opposite Kareena Kapoor.

Since Aditya has never forayed into the period-drama genre before he reportedly wants to take at least 2 months in pre-production and research. They are, however, expected to begin filming in 2017. The director is currently wrapping up his next Befikre with Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor.
