Shaandaar Gets a Dull Box-Office Response

After a below par response at the box office, it seems unlikely that Shaandar will make money for Fox Star.

After getting mixed reviews on Thursday, Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s Shaandaar opened below par at Rs 13.10 crore, despite it being a holiday because of Dussehra.

While the film’s second day’s collection was expected to dip slightly, being a working Friday, there was bad news as earnings dropped to Rs 7.55 crore Shaandaar’s collection was expected to rise on Saturday, but it dropped further to Rs 6.75 crore.

With a total collection of Rs 27.40 crore (net) so far, it looks unlikely that Shaandaar will make money for Fox Star.
