On Monday, Salman Khan completed 5 years on Twitter! He’s the only big star apart from Shah Rukh Khan who regularly tweets and keeps in touch with fans.

It all started on 13th April, 2010 with this tweet from Salman bhai. Yes, it was his brother Arbaaz who pushed the star to start tweeting:

So what if the Khan doesn’t tweet about earth shattering stuff. Sometimes it’s as innocuous as this:

But the actor does give his followers a gem every once in a while. Like this blast from the past, a vintage picture of his father Salim Khan or Abdul Rashid Saleem Khan as Salman tweeted:
