Yesterday The Quint told you that Kareena Kapoor Khan was indeed expecting. Kareena had also hinted in an interview recently that she would like to start a family.

And now, husband Saif Ali Khan has given a statement confirming that they will be expecting a child in December.

My wife and I would like to announce that we are expecting our first child in December. We would like to thank our well wishers for their blessings and support and also the press for their discretion and patience.
