1. A.R. Rahman Is At His Soulful Best in Mohenjo Daro song
The first song of Mohenjo Daro, Tu Hai, was released today and with it A.R. Rahman has floored us again. The soulful romantic number shows Hrithik Roshan and newcomer Pooja Hegde dancing in court, and while the costumes still have us agape, the song itself is beautiful.
We are sure looking forward to the rest of the album!
2. The ‘Sound of Raaz’ Is Here And It Is Suitably Haunting
Yesterday it was the poster and today with the release of Sound of Raaz, the Bhatt camp has ensured that their upcoming film Raaz Reboot create quite the buzz.
The track is melodious and haunting and the video point towards a love triangle with a bhatakti atma heating things up. The film stars Emraan Hashmi and debutant Kriti Kharbanda and is set to release this September.
3. Salim-Sulaiman Release Eid Special Single Feat. Abida Parveen
Music director Salim-Sulaiman decided to celebrate a musical Eid this year. They released a new single Noor-e-Ilahi today featuring the incomparable Abida Parveen. The beautiful sufi number is the best gift the musical duo could come up with for their fans on Eid and it’s already creating quite a buzz.
4. Anushka Sharma To Team Up With Arjun Kapoor For Next?
Anushka Sharma, whose latest movie Sultan is en route to breaking a lot of records, will reportedly pair up with Ki & Ka actor Arjun Kapoor in her upcoming film Kaneda. The film will be directed by Navdeep Singh, who directed NH 10, which Anushka both produced and acted in.
According to Hindustan Times, while Anushka is already on board, Singh has narrated the script to Arjun though he is yet to sign the dotted line. But it is believed that the Gunday actor will be doing the film.
“Anushka will be part of Kaneda. She will produce and act in the film. We are in talks with Arjun Kapoor,” sources reportedly said. The film’s title Kaneda is apparently inspired by often-heard Punjabi pronunciation of the country, Canada.
5. Great Grand Masti Release Preponed By A Week
Post the leak of Great Grand Masti online, the release of the film has been reportedly preponed by a week. According to a report, the Riteish deshmukh-Vivek Oberoi starrer was initially slated for a July 22 release. But now, thanks to the leak, it will now be released on July 15.
