RGV Mocks Rajinikanth, Venkat Prabhu Leads the Troll Battle

RGV tweets that if Rajnikanth acted in movies like ‘Black’ ‘Piku’ it would be a “joke”.

Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma appears to suffer from foot-in-mouth disease. In what Rajinikanth fans can only call blasphemous, RGV took to Twitter to declare that if Amitabh Bachchan, the shahenshah of Bollywood acted in Robot, “it will do far far better” and if the superstar of Tamil cinema were to do Te3n, “it will do far far lesser”.

Of course, RGV did not stop at just that. In a series of tweets, the Veerappan director said that if Amitabh Bachchan starred in Rajinikanth’s upcoming film Kabali, it “will be 100” and if the superstar were to act in Bachchan’s films like Te3n, Black, Piku it would be a “joke”. Enraging Rajini fans, RGV tweeted that even the superstar would not dispute his claims.

RGV’s Twitter proclamations, however, came with the rider that he is a Rajini fan.

But that was not enough to appease diehard fans of the star with Tamil filmmaker Venkat Prabhu leading the troll battle.
