With Rs 21.51 Cr in 3 Days, ‘Pink’ Continues To Rise At Box Office

When a film is good, like really good, one thing that really helps the box office growth is the word of mouth. And that exactly what happened in the case of Amitabh Bachchan’s Pink.
And as expected the film didn’t have a great start making around 4 crores on the opening day but the strong story line lived up to the expectation of the audiences and in just a day the business picked up rapidly at multiplexes.
Saturday-Sunday saw a major jump at the box office. 77.08% growth on Saturday from Friday and almost double the growth on Sunday 120.83% making around 7.65 crores on Saturday. With a budget of almost Rs. 35 crores Pink has made 21.51 crore in three days in India. And just not in India the film has been doing wonders at the oversees box office as well.
