The second instalment of Commando is back. So is Vidyut Jammwal. He plays "Woh mard jise dard nahi hota". On a noble mission as usual, this time he is on a black money trail – gareeb kisaan must get their promised Rs 15 lakh.

Well, since Modiji seems to be busy, Bollywood lets its imagination run on steroids. Ideally, Amul Macho should have sponsored this extravaganza, since all kala dhan gets distributed to the needy – bade aaram se. In a nutshell, the story is LOL!

With a chiselled body and electrifying stunts, Vidyut is full paisa vasool! But sadly, that can't really be said about the movie!

Our whole kala dhan ordeal has been reduced to one Satish Kaushik trying to broker a deal with corrupt government officials through FaceTime!

*facepalm*

The person responsible for syphoning off money to offshore accounts is also one singular entity – a certain Vicky Chaddha. There is Esha Gupta, Adah Sharma and Freddy Daruwala who look like they were unceremoniously plucked out from magazine shoots and forced to act under duress!

The plot twists are dutifully contrived so that we can’t make out what we hate more – the phoney actors or the shoddy screenplay. The movie also has Adil Hussain and Shefali Shah, but since they are such brilliant actors, let’s just pretend for their sake that we never saw them!

The best thing about some films is the length. This one is two hours. But remember, kala dhan wapas aaye na aaye, there is no money refund for a movie that you don't like!

1.5 Quints is all I give it and all of it belongs to Vidyut!
