The trailer of Chiranjeevi’s Sye raa Narasimha Reddy is finally out. Chiranjeevi plays the role of a freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, who revolted against the British and was finally captured and hanged after an uprising in 1847.

This is Chiranjeevi’s second film after Khaidi No 150 - his comeback film that was the highest grosser in 2016 in Telugu.
The film is produced by Konidela productions, a company floated by Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan. With dialogues by Sai Madhav Burra (Mahanati) and story by Paruchuri Brothers, who were behind most of Chiranjeevi’s hit films in the 90s, expectations are high.
Chiranjeevi is joined by Nayanthara as the female lead, fresh out of her success of Kolamavu Kokila.
