‘Typewriter’ Trailer Finds Purab Kohli Mixed in a Ghostly Mystery

Netflix’s next Indian original series, Typewriter, is all set to premiere on 19 July, and the online streaming platform has just releasedthe first trailer of the show. Typewriter is a mystery thriller series directed by Badla & Kahaani director Sujoy Ghosh.

The series is a story about four wannabe ghost-hunters and their journey in unveiling the mystery of Bardez Villa. The teaser shows Purab Kohli as a police officer investigating multiple unnatural deaths tied together by a common thread: an old typewriter and a mysterious woman played Palomi Ghosh.

Here’s the official synopsis.

When a new family moves into the haunted home, the crew finds it difficult to balance the demands of school and chores with the renewed urgency to solve the mystery. What follows is the story of how these 5 kids try to capture the ghost of Bardez Villa, all the while balancing school and staying out of trouble.

Earlier Netflix had also released a teaser for the film.

Apart from Purab, the series also stars Palomi Ghosh and Samir Kochar. The ghost hunters include Arna Sharma as Sam, Aaryansh Malviya as Nick, Milkail Gandhi as Gablu and Palash Kamble as Bunty.
