Karan Johar, Zoya Akhtar, Dibakar Banerjee and Anurag Kashyap shared a promo of their upcoming anthology Ghost Stories, preparing the viewers for a scary ride. The clip starts with the four directors introducing themselves and saying that last year they had a lot of fun with Lust Stories, so they decided to go one step further with Ghost Stories. “We ventured into a space that none of us have ever been before,” Zoya says.

They also explained that Ghost Stories is about things “that are not really human.” Zoya, Anurag and Karan agreed that ever since they made the film, things haven’t been the same since.

It was also announced that the anthology drops on Netflix on 1 January. Karan Johar took to Instagram to share a photo of Mrunal Thakur, one of the protagonists of his film.

Kusha Kapila, who shot to fame after joining iDiva as a fashion writer, will also be a part of Karan Johar’s film in Ghost Stories. A few months back, she had taken to Instagram to share a photo with the filmmaker and announce the happy news. “YOU GUYS MANIFESTED THIS. Karan Johar ne mera 2019 bana diya, shivoham.

On the other hand, Janhvi Kapoor and Vijay Varma will be a part of Zoya Akhtar’s film.
