Trump’s Impeachment, More Rs 500 Notes in ATMs: AIB Predicts 2017

Will 2017 be awesome? All India Bakchod believes it will be.

Yes, AIB is back with a new song, titled ‘The 2017 Song #PeekeMatChala’, which has some awesome predictions in store for the coming year.

Only AIB could have managed to pull off a marketing gimmick without making it sound preachy.

No more Harambes will die, Trump will get impeached and there will be more Rs 500 notes in the ATMs. These are just some of AIB’s predictions. Watch the song here:

The song features Tanmay Bhatt, Rahul Subramanian, Ashish Shakya and Abish Mathew dancing to the catchy lyrics. Sarabhai vs Sarabhai will make its television comeback and Delhiites will get some respite from the deadly pollution, AIB says. Let’s hope all of it comes true next year.

The team has set aside their usual snarkiness for something positive. If 2016 has left you dreading the coming year, then this song may change that. 

The video tells you about all the long weekends you can spend in a drunken stupor with your friends in 2017. And before you know it, AIB manages to sneak in a message from Ola, urging viewers to use their services.

Ola followed it up with a cheeky video about drunk tweeting.
