Desi Superhero Shaktimaan is Coming Back on Indian Television

Mukesh Khanna has started working on his looks already and lost around 8 kilos to fit into his old character.

90’s favourite superhero Shaktimaan is sought to make a comeback! Mukesh Khanna who played the character that made him a household name has been speaking to television channels, although the date hasn’t been finalised yet.

The actor has started working on his looks already and lost around 8 kilos to fit into his old character.

News 18 quoted Khanna as saying:

I am not trying to get six pack abs. I want to try and match up with the look that I had 15 years back. I was very young when I played the role of Bhishmapitama in <i>Mahabharat</i>. I feel an actor can’t be restricted due to age.

Will Miss Geeta, Kapala and Kilvish also be back? Only time will tell.
