The trailer for the latest Bond film No Time to Die has been released. The film marks Daniel Craig’s final run as the iconic British secret agent 007, and also stars Captain Marvel’s Lashana Lynch and Rami Malek.

Watch the trailer here:

The trailer is packed with shots of gorgeous locales and plenty of action, as is de rigueur with the franchise. Bond is pulled out of retirement when his old friend from the CIA Felix Leiter asks him for help, and finds himself in a world different from the one he’s used to with new security threats to contend with. He joins forces with a new agent, played by Lashana Lynch, to take on a new enemy. We get a glimpse of Rami Malek, who plays the pockmarked Safin, a scientist armed with new technology that could destroy the world. It’s also hinted that his ex lover Dr Madeleine Swann, whom we first saw in 2015’s Spectre, has betrayed him and has ties with Safin.

No Time to Die has been directed by Cary Fukunaga who took over after Danny Boyle stepped away from the project over creative differences, delaying the film's release by nearly six months. The screenplay has been co-written by Fukunaga, Scott Z Burns and Emmy Award-winner Phoebe Waller-Bridge. The film releases in India on 3 April, 2020.
