Walt Disney Studios has finally released the trailer of their upcoming remake of the popular 1992 animated film Aladdin. Starring Canadian actor Mena Massoud as Aladdin, Naomi Scott as Princess Jasmine, and Will Smith as the Genie, the film is directed by Guy Ritchie. A live-action musical, Aladdin’s trailer is absolutely magical!

A Genie emerging out of a lamp, a clueless Aladdin, sandy deserts, flying carpets - the trailer is everything you’d expect and more! The trailer begins with Aladdin trying to escape the guards and jumping from one building roof to another. Eventually, he comes across a merchant who leads him to Genie (Will Smith). The trailer promises a healthy dose of wit, humour, and playfulness. And of course, a refreshing soundtrack!
