Spotted: Dimple Kapadia on the Set of Christopher Nolan’s ‘Tenet’

Photos of Dimple Kapadia on the sets of The Dark Knight director Christopher Nolan’s upcoming film Tenet in Estonia have leaked and give us a first glimpse of the veteran Indian actor in the Hollywood production.

Dimple can be seen chatting with Christopher in the pictures. The film is currently shooting in Estonia however little else is known about the project. It is said to be another “event” film from the much loved filmmaker whose last film Dunkirk won multiple Oscars. Like his previous films, there is a high level of secrecy around Tenet and the plot is being kept under lock and key. Some unverified reports have claimed that the movie is an espionage thriller.

A video of what looks like a car chase being shot has also leaked from the set.

Tenet also stars BlacKKKlansman star John David Washington, your new Batman Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Clémence Poésy, Michael Caine and Kenneth Branagh. Caine has been a fixture in all of Nolan’s films since Batman Begins and Branagh worked with the director in Dunkirk. Nolan’s Interstellar and Dunkirk DoP Hoyte van Hoytema returns but his regular composer Hans Zimmer has been replaced with Ludwig Göransson, who won an Oscar for Black Panther.

Tenet is set to shoot in six more countries around the world including India, with a shoot in Mumbai reportedly scheduled for September. The film will release in theatres worldwide on 17 July 2020.
