Apart from this, Lady Gaga’s Metallica performance, Bruno Mars’ Prince tribute, Adele’s George Michael moment and Beyoncé’s stunning resurrection performance was simply epic. If you missed any of them, scroll down and get all the updates.

Adele has left fans across the world with their jaws on the floor. The singer not only won the big three Grammys this year (for the second time in her career), she turned down the ‘Best Album’ award and said that she can’t accept it because she thinks Beyoncé deserves it more than her. Adele still takes home ‘Best Song’ and ‘Best Record’ for Hello, but it’s unclear how this will be resolved.
Adele said that Beyoncé’s LP Lemonade has inspired people across the globe, and that she herself is a big fan.
Will Beyoncé accept the Grammy for ‘Best Record’ now? Let’s wait and watch.
If you’re a Prince fan, you’ll absolutely love Bruno Mars for the sensational tribute he gave in memory of the late star.
Adele fans may rejoice! After her George Micheal faux pas, they now has reason to celebrate. The British singer just bagged the Grammy for ‘Song of the Year’ and god knows Hello is so worth it. As she accepts the award, she apologised for hitting the wrong notes in her tribute and swearing, thereafter.
Apparently, Adele mouthed “I love you” to Beyoncé, her biggest competitor, as she walked up the stage to receive her award. Here’s the song that made it all happen.
When the legendary Metallica meets the iconic Lade Gaga, what more do you expect? Fireworks, of course!
Lady Gaga performs with Metallica to Moth To A Flame and this has got to be the most visual the Grammys have ever been.
James Hetfield doesn’t have his mic on but shares Gaga’s as soon as he realises the glitch. And if you have any doubts about Gaga’s inner metalhead, here’s a reminder. She used to sing in a Led Zeppelin cover band, long before stardom, that is.
Remember how bad the acoustics were last year when Adele performed on the Grammy stage? Well, something isn’t quite right this year too. Adele halts her George Michael tribute as she hits a bum note in the chorus of Fastlove. She swore and stopped.
She took it from the top and aced that note this time around. History doesn’t repeat itself with Adele. George Michael would be so proud.
After that dazzling performance, Beyoncé’s back on stage to receive the award for ‘Best Urban Contemporary Album’ for her visual record Lemonade. She beat Gallant, KING Anderson, Paak and Rihanna to the award. But her acceptance speech means a lot more than the award. Way to go, Beyoncé!
It’s performance time and Beyoncé’s smashing ‘goddess’ act needs not one but two follow-up acts. So Bruno Mars and Katy Perry take the stage one by one.
Could you ask for a more musical Monday morning?
Bruno Mars appears in a tracksuit, but nothing about the singer surprises us anymore. He's playing That's What I Like - a boudoir ballad in which he asks "can I break it down to talk to the ladies?"
Katy Perry goes all ‘socially conscious’ behind a white picket fence.
Perry performs to her new single Chained To The Rhythm. Referencing a line about being "trapped in our white picket fence", she began the performance slightly obscured. Behind, yes, a white picket fence!
But then the stage began to revolve and Katy’s perfect white landscape was engulfed by fire and hurricanes, before everyone came together for a "we're all in this together" finish.
Country singer Maren Morris has just won the award for ‘Best Country Solo Performance’ for My Church. The young artist was busy tweeting praises for Beyoncé when her name was announced as the winner.
Get ready for Bruno Mars, people!
Beyonce recently announced that she’s expecting twins and now she’s up on the Grammy stage with them, looking like a goddess.
She performs Love Drought from her nine-times Grammy-nominated album Lemonade. She begins with an extended spoken word section from the album that everyone assumes to be a reference to a crisis in her relationship with Jay Z.
"Why are you afraid of love? You think it's not possible for someone like you. But you are the love of my life."
Now that’s deep stuff.
Beyonce’s mother Tina Knowles introduced her on stage with these words:
And that’s daddy, Jay Z with Blue Ivy watching ‘mama’ on stage!
