Javed Akhtar, Vicky, Janhvi Kapoor Are All Praise For 'Gangubai Kathiawadi'

Sanjay Leela Bhansali-directed Gangubai Kathiawadi is earning a lot of praise from the film industry. The Alia Bhatt-starrer released theatrically on 25 February.
Vicky Kaushal attended a special screening of Gangubai Kathiawadi on Wednesday, 23 February. After watching the movie, Vicky took to Instagram to give a shoutout to the filmmaker and the cast.
"Absolutely shook by the sheer brilliance at display in this Film. SLB Sir you are a master! And @aliaabhatt don't even know what to say about you...breathtakingly amazing as Gangu! Hats off", the actor wrote. He added, "Big screen cinema magic. Don't miss!"
Javed Akhtar appreciated Alia's performance and wrote that she is 'beyond any superlative'. Akhtar tweeted, "I have never spared any superlative while praising Alia Bhatt as an actor but after watching “ Gangu bai … “ I realised that actually I was making understatements . She is beyond any superlative . What a performance!!!"
Ranbir Kapoor's sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni also attended the screening and was all praise for Alia.
