Teen Star Molestation Case: Accused Granted Bail

The person accused of molesting a teen Bollywood star on-board a Delhi-Mumbai Vistara flight on 9 December, has been granted bail. According to a report by ANI, the defendant was granted bail against Rs 25,000.

The accused had been in judicial custody since 13 December.

The order was passed by Mumbai's Dindoshi sessions court.

The accused, Vikas Sachdev, was booked for assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty, and relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) as the actor is a minor.
