Tamannaah Buys a Gorgeous Sea View Versova Flat for Double Price
The ‘Bahubali’ actor just went all out.
Actor Tamannaah Bhatia recently purchased a flat in Versova, Mumbai. According to reports, the flat is valued at Rs. 80,778 per sq. ft., which is twice the current rate in Versova. The total area of the house she bought is 191 sq. ft. and she paid Rs. 16.60 crores for it.
Mumbai is known for its skyrocketing real estate prices. However, what makes this deal even more noteworthy is the fact that just 500 metres away from where Tamannaah bought her flat, the rates are much lower at Rs. 35,000 - 40,000 per sq. ft. It’s quite possible that this is probably the most someone has ever paid to buy a flat in the Western suburbs.
Tamannaah’s new purchase is located on Juhu-Versova Link Road in a locality named ‘Bayview’. It’s on the 14th floor and offers a gorgeous view of the city. The building has a total of 22 floors. Tamannaah’s deal also includes two parking spots.
According to the legal papers accessed by DNA, Sameer Bhojwani sold the apartment to the Bahubali actor. However, Tamannaah isn’t the only on-paper buyer of the house. Tamannaah’s mother Rajni Bhatia too is a buyer of the flat.
According to brokers in the area, what makes the house particularly appealing is the fact that it offers a sea view from all sides of the apartment. Moreover, Tamannaah has the liberty of decorating and designing the house as per her unique tastes.
Tamannaah is a popular Telugu and Tamil film actor. She has been a part of several popular films like Bahubali. She has also appeared in several Hindi films like Himmatwala and Humshakals.
She will soon be seen in the remake of Kanagana Ranaut starrer Queen called That is Mahalakshmi in Telugu.
