Sonam & Rhea, Baahubali Trio to Appear on ‘Koffee With Karan’
Arjun and Jhanvi Kapoor are among other sibling guests this season.
While Arjun and Jhanvi Kapoor recently made it to the Koffee couch, the guest list for the sixth season of Koffee With Karan is set to include a few more sibling pairs, which, according to a report in DNA, will include Sonam and Rhea Kapoor.
Now bro Harshvardhan Kapoor has confirmed the news along with an Instagram post revealing that he will be joining. In the photo, the three siblings can be seen on the sets of KWK.
Considering how close the two are, Karan is sure to try and prod Rhea into spilling some secrets about her elder sister. We might even get some inside scoop from her big fat Punjabi wedding with Anand Ahuja, which saw several B’Town celebs let their hair down, earlier this year.
Ishaan Khatter and Shahid Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan Nanda are some other sibling duos who are to make an appearance on the show
Another report by Mid-day suggests that Koffee With Karan will also see Baahubali stars Prabhas and Rana Daggubati and the series’ director SS Rajamouli make their debut on the chat show.
The publication quoted a source as saying, “Given that they are the minds behind the biggest Indian film and have gained pan-India popularity, KJo wanted them to feature on the show. Prabhas, who is otherwise media-shy, agreed to make an appearance only as a mark of his respect for Karan. The episode will be shot later this month. Prabhas, Rana and Rajamouli will trace the journey of Baahubali while revealing several interesting nuggets that the audience may not be aware of.”
KJo’s Dharma Productions is associated with the distribution of the Hindi version of the film series.
