Padmaavat, which might well be the most controversial film of Deepika Padukone’s career, released on 25 January. Even as violence orchestrated by fringe political groups raged across many states, Bollywood showed their support for the Sanjay Leela Bhansali film by arriving in droves for the special screening. And guess who sent Deepika a special message after watching it?

The Padmaavat actor took to Instagram to share a picture of the bouquet and card they sent her congratulating her for the performance. A sweet gesture indeed!
