According to a report by Hollywood Reporter, the chart is a ranking of the most popular actors on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Google Plus, with global data provided by social media analytics company MVPindex.
The methodology is a mix of social engagement on the platforms along with weekly additions of followers/ subscribers. The last tracking week ended June 6.
Priyanka replaced her Baywatch co-star Dwayne Johnson on the chart to become the no. ,1 while he and fellow star Zac Efron rank at nos. 2 and 9 respectively.
