Priyanka-Nick Shaadi: A Handful of Filmi Pals on the Guest List?
Who’s on that celeb guest list?
There’s of course a lot of interest around the celebrity guests attending Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ plush wedding at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur on 2 December. But according to media reports, there’s one confirmed name on the list. PeeCee’s Baywatch co-star Dwayne Johnson will join the celebrations anytime now.
In an earlier interview with an international media portal, Dwayne revealed how he played Cupid to the couple. He added that if they are then he will take credit since he has worked with both of them. Naming his movies, he said that he played cupid for them. He was quoted saying, "I did it, yes. If they’re happy. Well then, I take credit.”
According to Mumbai Mirror, the couple’s first wedding reception will be held in Delhi on 4 December. They also report that only a handful of the filmi friends are likely to make it to her wedding reception - close friend Alia Bhatt, Shrishti Behl Arya, Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Jaipur-based designer Punit Balana and Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla are ostensibly designing the clothes of the baraatis.
