Father’s day, celebrated on 16 June 2019, is a special day for everyone, including Priyanka Chopra. PeeCee, on Sunday, took to Twitter to wish her late father on the auspicious day. She shared a throwback photo of herself as a baby with her father. In the photo, Priyanka can be seen giving a naughty, crooked smile while her father poses for the camera. The entire family seems to be on a boat.
Later, she also shared a photo with her father-in-law wishing him as well.

“Father’s Day on moms birthday.. it’s almost like dad is here celebrating with us. Don’t need a day to miss and appreciate you dad. I love you. #HappyFathersDay#daddyslilgirl for life,” she wrote on Instagram.

Coincidentally, 16 June is also Priyanka’s mother’s birthday. The Quantico actor shared a selfie with her mother along with a loving caption.

“Best birthday girl ever. @madhumalati I love you. Thank you for being my rock.”

In 2018, Priyanka Chopra married the American singer Nick Jonas. The couple had a grand wedding in India. On Sunday, Priyanka also wished Nick’s father on the occasion of Father’s Day.

Here’s what she wrote as the caption: “Happy Father’s Day @papakjonas I feel blessed to have you and @mamadjonas in my life! Thank you for taking me in as your daughter with so much love and warmth 💕 Love you loads.
#HappyFathersDay 😁”

Most recently, Priyanka was seen on the cover of American fashion magazine InStyle. However, what was inspiring was Priyanka’s bold choice to don a sari on the cover of the magazine. Priyanka also shared a little note about what it meant to represent India on the cover of an international magazine.

“Fashion is such an important part of global culture, often arising from centuries of tradition, and doesn’t go out of style when the seasons change. The ‘Saree’ is one of the most iconic and recognized silhouettes from India. To me, its beauty lies in its versatility, not just in drape and fabric. It embodies elegance, femininity, and power, and I love how I feel when I’m wearing one.”
