Nawazuddin’s Brother Slaps Media Publication With 100 Cr Law Suit
Shamasuddin Siddiqui will soon be making his directorial debut.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s brother, Shamas Siddiqui has filed a defamation suit worth 100 crore against a media publication for claiming that Shamas’ behavior towards female actors is objectionable. However, Shamas claims that the report by the media publication has absolutely no backing or proof.
Shamas also tweeted his concerns: “this is called a shit journalism @AmarUjalaNews don't target anyone, its a 100Cr Defamation on @AmarUjalaNews and now we will meet at #MUMBAIHIGHCOURT defiantly.”
Exclusive photos of some parts of the legal papers were recently posted by Pinkvilla on its website. Nawazuddin is yet to comment on this issue.
Shamas Siddiqui is currently working on his directorial debut film Bole Chudiyan. Naturally, Nawazuddin Siddiqui will be starring in the film along with Mouni Roy. According to the report against Shamas, many female actors are uncomfortable around him because of his behavior.
Recently, Nawazuddin Siddiqui shared a photo with Mouni Roy. “I am really excited to work with the very beautiful and talented @roymouni Hope to spread some fragrance of romance on screen #BoleChudiyan”, he wrote on Twitter.
On being paired up with Mouni, who was a television actress before she debuted in Bollywood with Gold opposite Akshay Kumar, Nawazuddin said that he was excited to try something new.
The film will be a love story produced by Rajesh Bhatia of Woodpecker Movies.
