Kannada Actor Huccha Venkat Attempts Suicide

He is currently recuperating in a private hospital.

Kannada actor, director and producer Huchcha Venkat reportedly tried to commit suicide on Sunday. According to a report by Times of India, he drank phenyl after Rachana, a fellow contestant in reality TV show Super Jodi, refused to marry him.

According to Rachana, she had only consented to be part of the show because of Venkat’s respect for women. She, however, did not love him.

Lesson number one: Proposing to anyone on reality TV is a BAD idea. Lesson number two: Trying to kill yourself over rejection is WORSE.
