The director of Super 30, Vikas Bahl has been accused of sexual harassment by a former employee of Phantom Films. The survivor however, has declined to file charges. Deccan Chronicle reports that in the absence of a legal case against the director, he is back to work. Bahl has reportedly resumed editing his upcoming release.

Hrithik Roshan, who stars in the film released a statement earlier and said, “I have requested the producers of Super 30 to take stock of the apparent facts and take a harsh stand if need be. This is not to be hushed or brushed under the carpet.”

Since the producers, Sajid Nadiadwala and Reliance, did not fire him and replace him pronto, the director could find his way back into the project.

Vikas Bahl also filed a suit against his former partners Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane, accusing them of running a campaign to defame him and of using it as a pretext to shut down Phantom Films while making him look responsible for the company’s end.
