Amitabh Bachchan celebrated his 77th birthday with a private family dinner on the evening of 11 October. The actor was spotted leaving their Juhu home, Jalsa, with wife Jaya Bachchan, Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, grand daughter Aaradhya and daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda. The Bachchan family was later spotted outside a restaurant in Bandra.

While Abhishek wore a light pink kurta, Aishwarya chose a pale yellow salwar kameez for the occasion.

Earlier in the day, Aishwarya had wished Amitabh a happy birthday on her Instagram account, by sharing a cute picture of him with Aaradhya.
