Esha Deol took to social media to congratulate her mother Hema Malini and step-brother Sunny Deol on their respective victories in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
“She did it again 😄👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 congratulations and my best wishes on round 2 ! Ur doing a fantastic job as an Indian citizen @dreamgirlhema ! #proudofyou,” she tweeted to Hema.
She wished Sunny saying, “Congratulations @iamsunnydeol my best wishes to u always 👍🏼😊♥️”
Dharmendra also tweeted his congratulations to Hema and Sunny after their wins.
Hema Malini retained her seat in Mathura a huge lead of 2,78,629 votes over her closest competitor Kunwar Narendra Singh of the Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD). Sunny Deol contested for the first time from Gurdaspur in Punjab on a BJP ticket.
Esha Deol is expecting her second child with husband Bharat Takhtani. She shared the news earlier this year with a picture of daughter Radhya posing against the slogan ‘I’m being promoted to “big sister”’.
