Manmarziyaan marks many firsts - Abhishek Bachchan’s first outing with Anurag Kashyap, Kashyap’s first mainstream love story directorial, Taapsee Pannu’s first pairing with Junior Bachchan and Vicky Kaushal’s first outing with both Taapsee and Bachchan. The romantic comedy was screened at Toronto International Film Festival as well under its alternate title, Husband Material. After a special screening, the film garnered rave reviews from the celebs.
