Producer Karim Morani Denied Anticipatory Bail in Rape Case

Karim Morani finds himself in legal trouble again.

Rape accused Karim Morani has been denied anticipatory bail by the Supreme Court. Six months ago, he had also been asked to surrender himself for an aggravated rape case. According to the victim’s advocate Karuna Nundy, Morani had allegedly been threatening the victim with “elimination by underworld”.

Karuna Nundy also tweeted out the details of the case earlier today.

The producer of Dilwale, Karim Morani has also been accused in the 2G scam case, and has faced trial for the same. He had also been in jail for a few months for the high profile case.

According to Firstpost, a judiciary bench that comprises of Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justices AM Khanwilkar and D Y Chandrachud have asked the Diwale producer to surrender before the Telangana police.
