Akshay Kumar Has Something in Common With Robert Downey Jr!
Akshay Kumar had attended a special screening of Avengers: Endgame with his family.
Avegers:Endgame has created a storm in India, with fans queuing up in thousands to bid farewell to their favourite Marvel characters. Even Bollywood has become a part of this frenzy. From Akshay Kumar and his family to Sushant Singh Rajput, Jahnvi Kapoor and Kriti Sanon - B’town celebrities had also attended a special screening of the film recently.
Now, Akshay Kumar has taken to Twitter to compare himself to Hollywood actor Robert Downey Jr, sharing a photo of him sporting the same tie as the Avengers star. “When #IronMan Wears the same Tie as you!! #WhoWoreItBetter Ps: #EndGame is out of this World”, Akshay wrote.
Speaking about Avengers: Endgame, Akshay Kumar said that the film is “out of this world.” Interestingly, Akshay shared this post on Saturday night, the same day as Robert Downey Jr. posted a similar pic of himself.
Avengers: Endgame has been breaking records globally and according to reports by Deadline has earned $305 million at the international box office in just two days since its world premiere. In comparison, its predecessor Infinity War earned about $190 million globally in its first three days.
In India, Avengers: Endgame, which released on 26 April, raked in Rs 53.10 crore at the box office on its opening day. According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film recorded the highest day 1 box office collection of 2019 so far and has had the highest opening for a Hollywood film in India till date.
