It seems there’s no end to Kapil Sharma’s woes. The TV comedian, whose showdown with his team members led to a public brawl with co-star Sunil Grover, will now get a stern “warning” from Air India ( AI).

According to a report by Times of India, AI chief Ashwani Lohani has sought a report on the ruckus Kapil created on the Melbourne-Delhi flight (AI 309) on March 16. A warning will reportedly be issued this week to the TV star on his unruly in-flight behaviour.

Incidentally, Jayant Sinha, Minister of State for Civil Aviation, also tweeted condemning unruly beahaviour on flights and promised “appropriate action”.

According to passengers on the flight, Kapil, who had had too much to drink, repeatedly abused his team and created a ruckus before being warned off by the pilot. They were flying business class. Post the incident, Sunil Grover, Ali Azgar and Chandan Prabhakar have quit The Kapil Sharma Show.
