Vikas, who was dropped out of the Hrithik Roshan starrer Super 30 will be given credit for the film. Mumbai Mirror revealed that the internal inquiry committee set up by Reliance Entertainment exonerated him when the complainant didn’t show up despite repeated reminders.

S Shibasish Sarkar, Group CEO, Reliance Entertainment, confirmed the news :

Yes it is true that the internal complaints committee has exonerated Vikas. With the committee clearing Vikas, we don’t have a choice but to reinstate his credit as director of Super 30.

Actor Hrithik Roshan had also pointed out that he couldn’t work with someone who is “guilty” of such “grave misconduct.”

Vikas however had never accepted the allegations and had said that he would like to “sit across the table and talk to her.” He pointed out how “for two and a half years she has never made me feel as if she is uncomfortable with me.”

Meanwhile, Bahl has already filed a defamation case against Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwani.
