‘October’ First Look: Varun Dhawan Is on the Run

The Shoojit Sircar film is releasing in April next year.

He couldn’t be happier with all the money Judwaa 2 has minted at the box office. But Varun Dhawan isn’t resting easy on his laurels. He has begun shooting for Shoojit Sircar’s slice-of-life love story, October. Varun shared a still from the film on social media which shows him on the run - quite literally.

The still shows a panicky Varun, dressed in denims and a pullover, running at full throttle. Check it out here:

Director Shoojit Sircar also shared the release date of the film.

In an earlier interview, Sircar had said:

“The title of the film is <i>October</i>. I cannot reveal much at this point but I am really looking forward to this story. I usually work with an idea and this time I am exploring the idea of love or how I see it. This one came from a newspaper clipping that I happened to read.”

The film also stars newcomer Banita Sandhu.
