Ahead of Trailer, PC Shares Poster of ‘The Sky Is Pink’
The film will have its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) 2019 on 13 September.
Ahead of the premiere of the trailer of The Sky is Pink on 10 September, Priyanka Chopra took to Instagram to share the first poster for the film. We see Farhan Akhtar carrying Priyanka as they, along with Zaira Wasim and Rohit Saraf, are seen running. “In this family, crazy doesn’t skip a generation! We bring to you #TheSkyisPink trailer Tomorrow at 10 AM!,” wrote Priyanka.
Priyanka had earlier shared a still from The Sky is Pink, wherein we see her in Farhan’s arms.
Priyanka Chopra will be returning to Bollywood after a gap of two years with the Shonali Bose directorial. Before the film gets its theatrical release on 11 October, it will have its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) 2019 on 13 September. Priyanka Chopra is at Toronto and she is joined by Shonali.
The film is also set to have its European premiere at the BFI London Film Festival. Reports suggest that the film will also be screened at the Busan International Film Festival 2019 in October.
Shonali returns to TIFF for the third time after Amu and Margarita, With a Straw were screened there in 2005 and 2014 respectively. Priyanka has previously had two Bollywood film screenings at the festival - Mary Kom (2014) and What’s Your Raashee? (2009) to TIFF.
