Vishal Bharadwaj Gets Best Music Award for Malayalam Film
Music producer Vishal Bharadwaj recently bagged the Kerala State Award for best music for a Malayalam film Carbon. The 49th Kerala State Awards were held in Thiruvanantpuram on Saturday. “Venu wanted me to give the music for carbon as well and I was game as I love to experiment with languages other than Hindi,” Vishal told Mumbai Mirror.
Carbon stars Fahadh Faasil and Mamta Mohandas and released in January 2019.

'Jabariya Jodi' Release Date Pushed
Sidharth Malhotra and Parineeti Chopra-starrer Jabariya Jodi was slated for release on 2 August. However, now its release date has been pushed back by a week and the film will hit theatres on 9 August. The announcement was made by Taran Adarsh on Twitter.
Sanjay Dutt’s Intense Look as Villain in ‘KGF Chapter 2’ Revealed
After much speculation, the makers of Yash-starrer KGF Chapter 2 have confirmed Sanjay Dutt will feature in the sequel to 2018 drama KGF Chapter 1. They revealed the look of his character Adheera on 29 July, his 60th birthday. The film mark Sanjay Dutt’s debut in the south Indian film industry.
PM Modi to Feature With Bear Grylls in ‘Man vs Wild’ Episode
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to feature in an upcoming episode of popular British show Man vs Wild, hosted by renowned adventurer Bear Grylls. The episode will air on Discovery Channel India on 12 August at 9 pm.
Grylls confirmed the news on Twitter as he shared the trailer.

Rejoice My Departure: Big B Wraps up ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ on a Fun Note
On Monday, Amitabh Bachchan announced the official wrap of his upcoming film Gulabo Sitabo. The actor took to Twitter to share photos from, what looks like, the wrap up party as people in the photo can be seen dancing. He also mentioned that next up, his schedule is busy with shoot for television show Kaun Banega Crorepati.
“T 3241 - The wrap on 'Gulabo Sitabo' .. a non stop well planned schedule .. now onto the next .. KBC !” he wrote on Twitter.

Comedian and TV star Kapil Sharma is lending his voice to the character of Red in the Hindi version of the upcoming animated sequel The Angry Birds Movie 2 and the makers have now released the first trailer for the film. The Hindi version also features the voices of fellow comedians Kiku Sharda and Archana Puran Singh.
The Angry Birds Movie 2 is a follow-up to the 2016 hit The Angry Bird Movie, which was based on the popular mobile game Angry Birds. The gang will be back for more adventures and fun with the sequel.

Sanjay Dutt & Jackie Shroff's 'Prasthanam' Teaser Out
The makers of the upcoming thriller Prasthanam have released the first teaser for the film. Prasthanam is a remake of the Telugu film of the same name and stars Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Chunkey Panday, Ali Fazal and Amyra Dastur. It is produced by Sanjay Dutt and directed by Deva Katta who also directed the original.
