A Diljit Dosanjh film without a love ballad? That’s not possible, right? Right. “Ishq Di Baajiyaan” from Diljit and Taapsee Pannu’s upcoming film Soorma is the love song we have been waiting for.
Penned by none other than the legendary Gulzar, composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, and sung by Diljit Dosanjh, the melodious “Ishq Di Baajiyaan” reflects on the game of love even as the video shows Diljit take enormous physical pain for Taapsee.

Soorma is a sports film based on hockey legend Sandeep Singh, who made headlines with his comeback after an accident. Directed by Shaad Ali, it’s all set to hit theatres on 13 July.
