1. Kangana Ranaut Celebrates Election Results by Making Pakodas
BJP is poised for a landslide victory in the Lok Sabha elections by cementing leads in almost 300 seats.
Bollywood celebs, including Ajay Devgn, Ekta Kapoor, Anupam Kher, Vishal Dadlani, Siddharth, Abhishek Bachchan and Riteish Deshmukh, weighed in on the results on social media. Kangana Ranaut made pakodas to celebrate the election results, her sister Rangoli Chandel tweeted.

2. Failed to Live up to Ideals I’ve Propagated: Tanmay Bhat on AIB
Comedy collective All India Bakchod (AIB) on Wednesday, 22 May, shared a post on their social media handles, stating that “AIB YouTube channel is for all intents and purposes, dead for the foreseeable future.” The statement issued by Vidhi Jotwani, Head of Human Resources, also said that the group’s co-founder Tanmay Bhat, will “step down from the position of CEO” and Gursimran Khamba, a core member of the collective, will “no longer be involved in operations at AIB”.

On Thursday, Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh joined the Snapchat baby-filter fan club. He took to social media to share an adorable baby-face photo of Deepika Padukone that had been taken using Snapchat. The Gully Boy actor captioned the image with a lot of emojis and tagged Deepika.

4. Suniel Shetty Joins the Cast of Rajinikanth’s ‘Darbar’
Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty recently joined the cast of Rajinikanth’s Darbar. The Dhadkan actor will be playing the antagonist in the film. As someone who started his career by acting in the Tamil film 12B, Darbar is a homecoming of sorts as it will mark his return to the industry.

5. First Look: Sonam Kapoor and Dulquer Salmaan in ‘The Zoya Factor’
Sonam Kapoor took to Instagram on Thursday 23 May to share the first look poster of her upcoming romantic comedy The Zoya Factor which also features Malayalam cinema hearthrob and Karwaan star Dulquer Salmaan in the lead. The film is based on the book of the same name by Anuja Chauhan.
The poster features Sonam and Dulquer Sitting on a cricket field and gazing lovingly into each other’s eyes. The poster also announces the release date as 20 September.
